ate a yummy t.b.m. at cosi.
purchased arcade fire "funeral" and the appleseed cast "sagamartha".

went to the surprise party for van looooney.

rhett's last day....i'll miss him. :(

got to spend time with melanie & other fun people. pepsi has caused me to not be sleepy right now.

saturday i am going to start apartment hunting.

so...apparently my check from m.lynch got reported to the fraud dept at 5/3? so dumb.
i hope i don't get silly fees now.

pulled the first true all-nighter in a long time...

going to start looking at apts soon...

the appleseed cast was ah!mazing last night. opening bands...not so much.

very sleep deprived.

had a very productive thursday:
-wrote.
-finished book.
-started new book.
-got new manchester on vinyl.
-ordered 'a --> b life' on vinyl (thanks to mitchell).
-tidied up the room and rearranged some things...

so many decisions to make...

good news: tonight i've decided to be studious and complete my poly sci exam. also, studying philosophy should probably happen as well.

even better news: finishing "the jesus of suburbia" and beginning to read "the kingdom of God is within you". really excited for that one.

best news: monday is over. the night is young.

it's technically tomorrow so....

listened to new as cities burn from start to finish to pre-start (ah, hah!). amazing. it makes me sick it's so good.

rhett played his final show tonight with sosaveme. frownie faces.

had the most intense conversations the past few days. i'm ready to sleep.

also, just got a call from my parents. they survived the dry tortugas. no cubans. no gunfire. only tropical weather and lots of birds.

life is crazy. i am going to start 365-ing again. woo.

it tears my heart apart when i see people hurting; hear them hurting. especially when they're too far away for me to do anything but encourage them via cellular phone. you can only say so much before you're just repeating yourself over and over and over again. they say that hurting people hurt people, i cannot explain to you just how true that is.

i've been writing a lot lately. mostly poems, but i also began a story last night while i was on a boat with 70 sorority girls.

the gps i purchased yesterday was probably one of the best decisions i've made. ever. period. horray for not being lost.
