May 28 A

THIS is the real May 28 post.
secured apartment in owosso today. yaaah.
red robin lunch, coldstone dessert. awesome.
another night of homemade guacamole. rad.

as soon as i am out of work tomorrow (friday) i will be making my way to grand rapids till saturday evening. i'm not sure what tomorrow has in store, but saturday will be my first practice with a new musical adventure i am involved in. let's hope it goes well, as i hate to disappoint.

okay...so you know when it's your first time in class to stand up and say something about yourself? you're hands get all sweaty and you have that ten pound boulder in your throat? you fiddle with your pants, pick at your fingers and wish the end of the world would come so you didn't have to share any part of yourself with these strangers? yeah, i hate that.

today went from alright to great, to awesome (and to think it could end awesomely even without rad people around?!).
had a lovely evening to myself. (not lonesome). homemade guacamole, chips & cheese, E!, organ playing, poetry writing and inspiration galore. i'm feeling a no-sleep night?

a very belated birthday "thank you" to everyone.
i've never had a surprise birthday before, and i really WAS surprised!
quite possibly one of the best birthdays ever? i think so!

a very lazy weekend.
not too much to report.

going to be playing with some folks from G-Rap.

step six: speed to owosso.
step eight: awesome Word.
step nine: eat delicious mexican cuisine.

step eleven: be reminded you have amazing friends.
step twelve: dabble on the keys.
step thirteen: get locked out of house.
step fourteen: break into house.
step fifteen: 365.
step sixteen: sleep.

today went like this:
-tried to be graceful, now my finger hurts.
-looked at apartments. why are the sweet ones so expensive?!
-ice cream!
-avocado sandwich.
-editing.
-encounter.
-ate empanadas. yum.
-nintendo games are difficult.
-it's cold outside. and inside this house.
-now, to sleep...i have a silly meeting tomorrow in grand ledge at 10.

i've been working pretty diligently tonight while still being able to watch scary movies with dave (best stepfather ever). we have guacamole and chips for dinner. yes.

just got that electric typewriter...i need to find new tape though before it will be worth using.
